POLICY • All Salon appointments require A Minimum of 24 hours notice (prior to scheduled appointment time) for all cancelations or to reschedule. • On site events require a minimum of 1 week notice (prior to event date & start time) for all cancelations. • All pre-paid Deposits for are non-refundable & non-transferable in the event of any cancelations. • All no shows will be charged the regular cancellation fee and will require a pre-paid deposit for future booking. (Failure of payment may result in being banned from future booking) - In regards to The current Covid-19 pandemic : Please Following the CDC guidelines if you are currently experiencing or have had a fever or any other symptoms of covid-19, or have been in direct contact with anyone who has had symptoms or tested positive for Covid-19, I ask that you contact me immediately to reschedule your appointment. * No Extra guests are allowed unless they have an appointment (due to having a smaller suite) No exceptions will be made for this cancellation policy other than unsafe driving conditions due to weather. Failure to give the required notice of 24 hours minimum for cancellations will result in a fee of 20% of the service booked plus any payment processing charges that may apply.
